My Winter Cycle
Many have often asked why do I ride? And more often then not it's because I have personally been touched by cancer in more ways then I truly would want to count. From seeing family and friends battle cancer to co-workers fight that battle. This year I am riding for those who have fought the battle and are here to tell their story, those that are currently fighting and in memory of those who lost their battle to this fight.
Here we are during another frigid January heading towards PMC Winter Cycle Weekend at Fenway Park getting ready to ride for the 4th time in this PMC event but this time with my team the Patriot Platelet Pedalors. I have a personal goal of fundraising $1,200.
I am proud to ride in the PMC Winter Cycle because it is leading the charge to beat cancer.
And because we are powered by PMC 100% of your donation will go directly to cancer care, research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
