PMC Winter Cycle: Riding for a Cure
Year 8!
When I began this journey 8 years ago, I rode in memory of Warren, my father-in-law and Nancy Dedeo, the mother of a lifelong friend. Both were taken too soon. Since then, so many friends and family have been impacted by a cancer diagnosis.
As always, my ride is dedicated to all those who have lost the fight, to those who refuse to stop fighting and for those who are living proof that we can beat cancer. On my spin bike, hangs a key ring of the names and/or pictures of those affected by cancer. As part of my ride, I ask that you forward me names and pictures to add, and my ride will honor them.
In the wake of loss and watching the people I love suffer; I need to take action and I am participating with an amazing team, Wheelhouse and Friends.
My fundraising goal is $1500, and I would love to surpass this goal. Because we are powered by PMC, 100% of your donation will go directly to cancer care, treatment, and research for a cure at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
